just a place for me to post things and for my friends to comment about how much they love me ;) lol
weight loss: day 6
Okay, so, since I had work at 9 today, I got up pretty early. I gave myself a half an hour to get ready, so when I woke up, I showered and got dressed, then I had my breakfast.
i had my usual 6 point bowl of cereal.
6 points for breakfast.

I had my break at 12:15 at work, I had the wheat thins and the water again, so 5 points.
5 points for break, which is 11 points so far.

When I got home, I was feeling hungry, but I didn't get anything to eat yet. First I took my sister and her friend to her dance class and took a half an hour walk. In which case it was raining. Although it did stop for a bit on the way back, which was nice. I was happy when I got home and was done with the walk and THEN it started to downpour though, lol. I missed getting really really wet with my winter jacket on. It was still pretty cold out though, but I'm making sure to stick with my walk and not let anything stop me from taking it, including rain, lol.

All day I was wishing that I would have gotten to take my walk before I got to work when I heard about the rain, but I guess that mother nature's on my side when it comes to my walks, which is awesome.

Anyway, so when I got back from my walk I decided to have some cookies that my mom's boyfriend made. They were oatmeal cookies.
I had three of them, so yeah, 6 points there. They were really good though. I had asked my mom if they were oatmeal rasin or something, but nope, just oatmeal.
so another 9 points for my cookie snack, so 20 points now.

Then came supper. Okay, I didn't have mashed potatoes, but if the potatoes that were cooked with the pork roast were mashed it probably would have been about a half a cup, so yeah, 2 points for the potatoes. And then the pork roast was, well, I'm going to have to say 3 points because I'm not sure exactly what cut it is. The highest point value is definitly NOT what we had, so yeah, I took the one in the middle since most of them were valued at 2 and 3. And I had a cup of milk with my supper so another 2 points.
so that's 7 points for my supper, so 27 points in total.

Okay, I used the last of my points to make a grilled cheese sandwhich. I was going to have a couple more oatmeal cookies and a glass of milk, but someone ate all the cookies T.T

I've actually been thinking about what I'm going to do when it gets hot outside. I hate the summer and my mom said that it's going to be a hot one, so yeah. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with that coming up. I mean I definitly have to continue taking my walk no matter what. I guess I'm just going to have to make sure to bring water with me and make sure to get the walk done either early in the morning or later in the evening.
Oh, I forgot to say that my mom told me that she was actually proud of me yesterday. She said that she was happy that I was sticking with my diet. She also said that I will definitly start seeing a difference in the way I look in about three months if I keep up with my excersise and my dieting, which makes me very happy.
Oh, and a week is almost up. It's almost time for the first weigh in, lol. I think that I might do a web cam video to relay that info and post it up on youtube, just to see what happens with it. If something good seems to come out of it, I'll do it every week when I weigh in, lol.

Anyway, so yeah, I don't expect to see anything yet, but I'm still hoping, lol. Wish me luck.

    And i like your point thingymcbobber! I think i'll try it out laterz. Knowing me it won't work though. xp
