AOE ATTACK RINGS (Area Of Effect)

A.O.E (Area of Effect) rings are weakened the further away from origin point of effect, the closer the enemies/allies from the targeted area, the greater the effect of A.O.E rings! This has only been tested on attack A.O.E rings
