just watch me.
a cold room, a hat, and a deck of cards
so surmises my day. We had k-bowl in the morning, and, for convenience, Jenna, Krin, Karen and I were were all put together on one JV team. Mom was supposed to get us at one, but she got there at noon, but we went with her anyways. The room we were in was really cold- I think it was a science room, ag room, and art room all at once. ._.

So anyways once we got outta there, we went Christmas tree shopping at Stacey's Nursery (with Jenna and Krin along lol... we found dead fish in a frozen pond. x] ) then headed to church early so Karen and I could practice our things for tomorrow night. Then more and more people were showing up, and we got to take a coach bus around Willmar to go caroling! =3 It was fun, yet boring... and then after we got back to the church, we had BBQ/ hotdogs then Jenna and Krin and I hung out in a deserted room in the basement and talked about things. ninja =P

then after everyone else had left, the youth group kids made up bags of peanuts, apples, and candy for after our Christmas program tomorrow night. I hate Kenny- he's the dude who is supposedly in charge of this whole thing... he is an idiot. When I was really little, they always had THEE most delicious hard candy in the bags that they handed out that I never got anywhere except there. Then they took those out. And now they only handed out a measly little mini-candy bar in each bag... crying and trillions of peanuts, and an apple. Oh and besides the little Christmas number (which I'm not enjoying... stare ) with the bags, he is also a pain on a regular basis. You see, he is a bit deaf. But he runs the sound system. So he isn't content to let the volume levels stay at one point- they have to be MOVING. So whenever I play piano for church, I try to add dynamics to the song but when I get soft he turns up the volume of the piano, and when I get loud he turns it down. crying screw him I'll be outta here in a few years. =P

After the bagging, the party began! Jenna hid in the elevator (don't ask) while the rest of us decided where to order pizza from. (think we decided on Domino's...) oh and Austin's gf came- that was interesting. She looked ready to kill someone, but I guess she's always like that... I didn't get to talk to her at all, but she seemed nice enough to Karen and them... rolleyes And she is just a little heavy-set. I was really surprised at that- I thought that Austin would go for someone who looks like an anorexic prep, no offense. sweatdrop

we also got gifts! we played this thing where we rolled two dice and if we got doubles we got to pick a gift outta the center of the circle. I got a santa hat. cool it's freakin' sweet... xD and we thought we had an extra gift (Jenna was still gone) so we took it and used it... it was these little capsule things that you put in the sink and they were supposed to turn into farm animals, but they were all dinosaurs. xD and then later Heather and Ramee were playing with them... it was fun seeing everyone gathered with their heads almost in the sink reporting progress on the fast-melting capsules... xD but Stacey felt bad for not having enough gifts for Jenna (she did have an extra but it had like really really "Bible-ly" stuff in it that I know for a fact Jenna wouldn't appreciate...) so she got to choose a candy bar (those things are big lol) from the stash we have for Friday Family Film Nights. =]

After that we all kinda split into groups... most of them went into the next room and played "Imagine-if" and some stayed and played Wii on the big TV, and then I went upstairs and practiced my song some more and then when I went back downstairs Jenna and I started playing this game with a deck of cards. We took 5 random cards at a time, and one of us would randomly pick one. Then the other would have to guess which of the cards it was using logic on our personality and our current mood and preferences. It was funny the first time Jenna got it for me- it was a red 9 of hearts, and Jenna said that it made perfect sense. Earlier when we were talking I told her about AlexB (urg I really don't like that name for some reason... O.o) and then right before I picked my cards she said that she told me that 9 in Japanese meant "suffering"; and the hearts was my apparent issue with crushes... xD I don't remember consciously remembering the fact about the 9, but I think that I must've remembered it sub-consciously. =]

hmmm and then I had to drive the suburban home by myself because mom had to pick up the alero from Donner's. I was scared as heck because 1. I didn't know where the heck the headlights were in the suburban, and 2. I was scared that going 60 would surely dislodge the tree from the roof (yes we tied it there because there was NO ROOM in the car... ninja ) but I did it anyways... =P Then I was all out of alignment when I pulled into the driveway because my brother was there... stare whatever.

and now we're here. cool I honestly don't know anything about tomorrow- I was asked by Cory to do powerpoint (really short notice... O.o) tomorrow morning and that would mean I'd have to be there early to get things in order. rolleyes but then again if we even make it out of the yard- I'm gonna check radar when I'm done with this and see where it's at (there's supposed to be this really big system coming through Minnesota soon). Last I checked it was still north of us, but then I heard it was moving south... the wind was picking up when I was driving home... *shrugs* whatever, yet again.

who knows.
