As I opened my eyes and looked right
I just saw someone that held me tight
There were tear drops falling down his eyes
I got so worried so I, too, cried

But the creature was still wonderful
Even if he looked sad, he looked neat
Respectable, Kind, and Beautiful
And the look at his eyes still was sweet

I understood why he felt lonely
His Love just died, this Lovely Lady
I can hear his heart so filled with fright
It was shouting and grieving all night

This Lady that used to be alive
Was his future, but can never be
So who is this lady once with life?
Can't you see, the one he loved was Me
