There may be plenty of fish in the sea
MONSOONS!
Nah, not monsoons. Torrential rain though, on Saturday. You shoulda seen it, it was INSANE.
The estate was like, flooded.
I mean seriously flooded. The water was up over the pavement and washing into some people's gardens. It was absolutely unbelievable.
I wouldn't say it was too fun to drive in though, I don't think Aoife enjoyed going to LV to collect Eileen much at all. That might be why she refused to take us to Farmleigh for the concert yesterday.
Apparently (and this is according to RTÉ news, so I wouldn't doubt it much) it was the second most rain to fall in Dublin Airport ever, beaten only by Hurricane Charlie, and it was the most rain to fall in a single day in August EVER.
Anyways. The concert yesterday was grand. We wore the t-shirts, it didn't rain too much, most people stood (or sat) under a tree... It was better than last year, definitely. Wasn't half as cold.
Went to Liffey Valley with Alan today, he tried to buy me stuff in Starbucks but I won. YAY.
I think that's all I have to say for now. Peanut Butter sammiches are tasty, parents back from a weekend in London later.
Yeah, that's it.
