“How?” I bit my lip.
“Don’t kill me. But maybe if she’s in the same bed as me she won’t get scared and know I’m fine and be able to sleep and everything without nightmares.” He looked murderous. Jay had fallen back to sleep. I put my hand over his mouth as he started shouting.
“Will you shut up?!” I hissed. He glared at me his glasses and eyes flashing. I let go. That reminded me of my dad.
“Why the hell would you think that her parents, and the rest of us, would be okay with that?!” He hissed back.
“I don’t know. I just want her better. Look at her. Does she look okay to you?” I whispered. He looked at Jay, then shook his head.
“No. But still!” He whispered.
“If you were in the same situation as we were wouldn’t you do it to see the sparkle in you’re girlfriends eye?” I asked. Cheesy yes but still.
“Well. Yeah I guess.” He whispered. “But I swear!” He broke off.
“I’m not stupid.” The bell rang. I shook Jay awake and we walked down the bleachers.
“Did you hear what I said to Ty?” I asked. She nodded nudging under my arm. I kissed her softly. “It’ll be okay. I promise.” She rested her head on my shoulder. We got to the class room. We walked in and stood in the front of the room.
“Peterson, Evens let go of each other. This is English not love 101.” The teacher barked. I know that bark. I let go of Jay’s hand.
“Peterson. Ah. You’re my new center.” I gulped.
“Yes Coach.” I said.
“Back right corner. Evens back left. No notes or they will be confiscated and read out loud.” We nodded. She glanced at me. I put my cell phone in my big pocket.
It’ll be fine. I promise. Andy. I texted her. She looked at me and I winked.
“Okay here’s our first novel.” I looked down at it. It was the Tale of Two Cities. I’ve read it like six times and new it by heart. I grinned at Tyler. He’s the one who lent it to me. He sat in front of me. We clapped hands and wiggled our fingers.
“Read chapter 1 for homework. Answer questions in the packet for it. Due next time we meet.” I got the packet.

Tyler turned around and glared at me I shrugged grinning. He glared at me. I started answering the questions. I skimmed the first chapter so I can answer any of her questions.

I have football after school =[ Andy
That’s okay. I’ll wait until you get home. I want to surf for a bit. Jay Jay<3

I glanced over at her. She was reading it blushing. I smiled and she did too. She rested her chin on her arms smiling.

Just how lucky I am =] Jay Jay<3 She blushed deeply. I chuckled.
“Something funny Peterson?” Coach asked.
“No sir.” I said. He stared at me and looked back down to the papers on his desk.

Stay out of my frinkin head! <Andy3 She bit her lip and chuckled into her sweat shirt. The bell rang. I walked out with Jay and Tyler and Jack. He was also on the football team. He was our tight end.
“I’m sorry I got you in trouble.” Jay whispered. I walked over to her locker.
“Can I move my stuff into your locker? It’d be easier. I have practice in like half an hour so I have nothing to do.” I said.
“Yeah sure.” I bent down and kissed her.
“I’ll be home in a few hours.” She nodded.
“I love you.” I whispered.
“I love you too.” She whispered back and kissed me and she walked off. I ran up to my locker and put all my stuff in my back pack. Luckily like nothing was in there.

Thanks baby <Andy3. I walked up to her locker and did the combo and it opened. I put my stuff in the top part. I was tall so I could reach it. She couldn’t so it’s perfect. She had the top for it. There’s a top and a bottom. So yeah. I put my sweat Jacket in her locker and shut both. I grabbed my books before and we walked into the locker room. We changed into gym clothes and put it in our bags. He ran us out to the football field.
“5 laps. Now.” I groaned and started running. Five laps later Jack, Tyler, and I were on the ground panting. We sprinted that and I can’t feel my legs.
“Hey. Andy. Have you and Jay made out yet?” That caught me off guard.
“Er no. Intense kisses. That’s it. Why?” I asked.
“Just asking. I don’t want my cousin pregnant at 15.” I tackled him and we rolled around. Luckily coach wasn’t paying attention.
“I’m not stupid.” I said.
“You’re a guy. That’s all guys were made for.”
“No!” I said. He pinned me to the ground. Jack pulled him off me and another football player held me back.
“It’s not all guys you moron!” I hissed.
“Well most guys!” He hissed back.
“Does it look like I’m in that group?!” I asked throwing my arms out. I broke my shoulders out of the guys grip. I walked up.
“If you don’t trust me with your cousin just say it.” I whispered in his face.
“Fine I don’t! Okay there!” He said and ripped his shoulders out of Jacks grip. We were standing inches apart panting.
“Look if coach sees this we’re dead. We’ll continue later.” I stalked away from him. He’s my best friend. He doesn’t trust me with her fine. I wiped a tear from my face. Tyler grabbed me.
“I don’t give a s**t what the coach says.” He hissed at me.
“Well I do. I’d prefer not to get a detention. Unlike you who could careless about others feelings.” I said. There were a few “ooooh”s. I glared at Tyler. “Let me go.” I hissed.
“No.” I ripped my hand from his grip.
“You’re forgetting my dad is abusive. I know how to get out of grips moron.” I said.
“Shut up dung face.”
“Nice come back fat lard.” He glared.
“Do I look fat?”
“Not now but a few years ago yeah you did.” He punched me.
“I told you not to bring that up!” He said. He had broken my glasses. I threw them out of the way. Luckily I could still see a little. Well at least him.
“Guys knock it off!” Jack said.
“Who’s side are you on?!” We both yelled glaring at each other then him.
“I. Why bring me into this?!” He said backing away.
“Thanks!” We both yelled then turned away from him. I had a black eye forming.
“Nice shiner.” Tyler whispered.
“Yeah. Want one?” I asked.
“Nah you don’t hit strong enough. You won’t be able to make one.” I punched him hard in the face. I feel my mind blanking. s**t I’m having an episode.
“Jay doesn’t deserve you.” He whispered. “You’ll only kill her like you’re dad killed your mom.”
