Tomiko wasn't born, but built. Neko cut out all her faults and left the pure side to herself in Tomiko's DNA. She can't yet speak English and acts more feline due to the lack of contact to people. She has a single black feather in her left wing which was given to her by Neko.
She currently is being looked after by Linkie Rommyu. Thanks to E.V.A., Neko's computer A.I., WOLF, Linkie's computer A.I., can translate most of what Tomiko says.
