My name is Sara I am 15 My mom hits me hard But i do not bleed Atleast not from her I can do that myself I just take my fingernails And i dig my arm out The blood starts falling It falls down my arm I watch the droplets fall I just can stop the harm There are tears in my eyes And my eyeliner's smudged I want to stop But i can't let go of this grudge I patch up my arm With gauze and bandages No t-shirts for me Not for a while, maybe ages The scabs turn to scars The scares become healed And since all this happened My lips are sealed
