I took a look in the mirror today, as I do all the time. (I know it's not a good thing, but I honestly would be able to spend all day in front of mirror just staring at myself, more than likely to point out flaws.)
Let's just say that I haven't done my exercises for the last 2 days. Of course, 2 days doesn't have a drastic effect, but I just felt even less satisfied with my body.
Is it wrong to feel proud when you realize that there's a small space between your thighs where they don't touch?
That's how I felt a couple days ago. I was proud that my thighs were slimming up due to my exercise routines and healthier eating. In fact, I still want there to be even more space between, because my upper thighs (like around my pelvic area) still touch.
But there's all sort's of fuss about people who don't have thighs that touch. And I hate that negativity.
We live in a society where skinny people are seen to be just as bad as obese people.
Sometimes it just shouldn't be about weight.
