mind of her own, and a way of flaunting it. She's as pretty as they come, and has
full knowledge of it. She holds a bitter sarcasm, though often forgets that others
tend to be sarcastic as well. She's easily offended ]

The reason, most likely, for the twins' untimely deaths was truly not the mistake of
the young Scarlette Pimpernelle. Rather, it was the company she chose to keep
which led to their unfortunate downfall.
Seventeen, beautiful and not-so-outgoing. Scarlette (Then "Sarah" wink was one of
unpopular females in her grade. She found the opposite sex difficult to come by and
her critical manner forced others away from her. However, when someone finally
pushed beyond that cold shell, another side of her was revealed. A side susceptible
to love. His name was and still is unimportant. He killed her, after all. However, it
was simply in body that he was "evil" and to sully such a name for others to bear
would simply be crude.
Regardless, our story continues. Earl Grey (born to the name "John" wink knew from the
very beginning this new "boyfriend" of his sister's was nothing to brag about. He
could tell from the very manner of his jerky movements. Nothing good would come
from him.
And nothing good did. One evening, the twin duo were returning from some
ridiculous social gathering of sorts, perhaps only six blocks from their current place
of residence, when headlights caught their attention. Looming out the passenger
window, a clearly intoxicated male (Scarlette's beau) took to shouting our her name
enthusiastically, hands no longer upon the wheel.
With a screeching of tires and the crash of glass, the twins had lost their lives. All to
some drunken buffoon smitten with affection for the once mortal Maid, Scarlette.

[Tea, really, and his daily dosage of coffee. He adores
pastries and most other sweet things. Winning battles of the wit come as something
of a thrill to him, as do the colors teal and green. Oh, and his job.
Strawberry-flavored things and the attentions of all others. She enjoys the
lime-light and won't hesitate to put on the water works to receive it. Her biggest
thrill just might be watching souls drift away from the earth after purification. And,
above all else, highly attractive men truly wet her appetite.]

[Earl is rather unhappy with the sight of blemishes upon what
should be a perfect face, as well as various other things. He loathes insects due to
their disgusting appearance as well as things that suck blood. The color indigo
irritates him, as do the flowers Scarlet Pimpernel (his sister's namesake). Perhaps
what he dislikes the most are the frilly (fruity) outfits his sister makes him wear.
Lette, in simplest terms, hates almost everything that isn't superficial. If it doesn't
shine, it's not worth a second glance. Dark souls terrify her, as do the
"Undertakers". Blood is frowned upon in her eyes, as if her brother's
attitude.]
