I just found out about the word filter this afternoon. Weird...if the admins said there wasn't going to be one, why do we have one now?
Has Gaia gone to the prepubescent web-surfers of the next generation, most of whom are growing up on Spongebob Squarepants and Full Metal Alchemist? Because when Gaia started, most of the members were part of the older crowd (in other words, college kids in their early to mid twenties) but now you have people as young as nine or ten coming to this site. This is what happens when you have other message boards like those of Neopets and GameFAQs being strict for no reason...you have people from those crowds coming here to escape all that. Before you know it, we could have people coming in here from the Something Awful forums (and not with thoughts of invading the forums)...at least, I think so...
