As the darkness rises
The angels fall
The blood from the innocent falls from the sky
And pounds hardly on the earth
The souls watch themselves die
Lonely and confused.....


The darkness takes control of the earth
And the light is banished from existence
The rain stops and the light shines through the clouds
And heaven steps up in the world
The gates of hell open....

And the dark era begins
The light dead and forever gone from the earth
Love gone
Souls lost and dying
And the earth withers away........
