Lmao I realize this is a fair deal late from when you posted the advice request, but I just love Shadow decks, so I wanted to peek in anyways xP But yeah, I left a nice wall of text for you mull over, consider it like rice, though, I'm not a particularly strong player:

Your deck runs slow because you're playing anti-synergistic cards.

Small Pox + Aggro = Problems. When you Small Pox, you lose a precious Creature and a land, which any aggro deck can not afford. Damnation, similarly shuts yourself down. As an aggro deck, you want to flood the table with creatures and win before they can wipe them all clean.

Also note that you are only playing 20 creatures in a deck that requires first turn and second turn creatures to ensure victory. You should try to bump it up to 22-23. If you can bring it up to a nice healthy 24, you've got a 40% chance to draw at least one creature on any given draw.

Also note the creatures you're playing. Stronghold Overseer costs a nice fat 6 mana if, I remember correctly. You never want to see one in your opening hand as you can't even guarantee you'll be able to play it later. Drifter il-Dal, also, is a very inefficient creature. Although 2/1 for a single Blue looks appealing, the fact that it drains on your mana every turn seriously hampers how well you'll be able to play threats in a deck where you can't afford to lose tempo.

My suggestion would not to base your deck on the Shadow mechanic itself, but what it represents, which is fast, relentless attack. Play some strong, efficient creatures with evasion abilities that are available in the current standard environment. Cloud Sprite, Nightshade Stinger, and Flying Men are excellent creatures to play on the first turn, and Hypnotic Specters, which is a must-answer card that your opponent will spend lots of resources to deal with, is a excellent to play next to the equally amazing Shadowmage Infilitrator. And don't under estimate the potency of Pestermite. Flashing it into play to tap down an attacker/blocker can put you ahead in the damage race. And both Spiketail Hatchling and Drake are strong flyers with nice effects.

There are a lot of things you could do to make the deck faster and stronger, but it's your deck, so do with it what you will. This is just my thoughts on your particular pile of 60 cards x3
