I hate the holidays. I hate my dad for upsetting my mom day after day, year after year. I hate my mother for dumping her emotional problems on me. I hate my brother for blinding himself to the a*****e things our father does and leaving me to be our mother's listening ear by myself. I hate that I'm weak enough to let something as stupid as waking up alone Christmas morning when I was younger get to me and kill what joy I used to still find in the day. I hate that I can't get through a New Years without remembering how much I miss my back-stabbing friends who used me for years. I hate the holidays...
