Yesterday was a day filled with a good amount of mixed emotions. At first I was very excited and as soon as the ferry left the dock I started to get nervous so I stood outside and watched the water go by from 9 am till about 10:35. Then I met Matt (Narine's boyfriend) who was very funny and reminded me a lot of some of my friends. We then took a bus to the sweet town of Sidney where the most amazing girl in the whole world lives. After a short walk to the movie store where Narine, Ava's sister works. She was very nice and had a great sense of humor, I think that might be a trend there. Anyways well Matt and I hung out there with Narine for a bit then went next door to the DQ and got a burger which were expensive to say the least(More than my ferry ticket there). Then we walked over to the Safeway across the street to pick up Narine some tylonel because she had a headache. Then we went back to the movie store and watched men in tights till about 1:30 when Matt left to get get his xbox 360 and I hung out at the store. Narine kept apologizing for Ava being late but I told her it was okay. After about 20 minutes she finally arrived. Even though I was preparing myself to met her I was still dumb struck and so overwhelmed. I bumbled like and idiot and felt so stupid. A few exchanged words and gifts and we were off on a nice long walk together. We talked about everything and when I say everything I mean everything. From injuries and sicknesses to politics. I was just so I happy to be with her, but I think I might have done a bit too much talking. Thats pretty much all we did, walked, talked, laughed, lived. It was the perfect day to me. She was so beautiful that I kept catching myself gazing at her for a split second before snapping myself back to my senses and looking away. And yet through the whole day I felt SO comfortable around her. I talked to her like we had been friends all our lives, not afraid to talk about anything. I dont know if that was a good or bad thing but it felt good. She showed me around her little town. She seemed so nervous but I wondered why. I guess I'll ask her if I get a chance. Well after a few hours of walking we walked back to the store where Ava called her mom/dad and told them that she was going to bring "someone" home and yeah. I felt so bad and wanted to help but I didn't know what to do. Her mom came and picked us up and she dropped me off at the docks. On the way she asked a few question, none of which were hard to answer. All though she did say that they (Ava's mom and dad) didn't want their girls to have a serious relationship till after high school which made me feel even more horrible. I kept looking back as they drove away. My heart sank and I bought my ticket in tears. The ferry ride back was one of the most depressing things ever. I sat outside and watched as her towns lights slowly disappeared. I sat out on the back deck all the ride. I was so numb by the end of the longest ride ever.

But, hey, don't let that get you down. You should show them that you love her 3nodding Keep visiting her whenever you can 3nodding Show them that no matter what they say, they can't stop you from being with her! Things will work out in the end, trust me! wink mrgreen
