Okay, so it looks like the wheel bearing that had to be replaced on my car wasn't the issue. On the THIRD trip to the mechanic's, they finally found the real problem. Apparently, the wiring that was redone by the body shop that "fixed" my car after my accident a while ago wasn't stellar (more like CRAP!) so they have to completely rip out the entire undercarriage and replace it. For $1,000. In all, my accident cost me $9,000. My car was $13,000 new. This royally blows. To top it off, the only available undercarriage is in Cincinatti (my spelling is horrible), and I'm in California so it'll get here on Tuesday. That means that I have to take the bus to and from classes and then get a taxi to take me from work to my apartment because I get off work around midnight and no buses run then. scream I'm royally pissed, but I guess I'll have to live with it. Definitely not happy...
But in better news, my birthday is this month! How old do you think I'll be turning?
