Untresh (Tribal race, strong & tough, but unadvanced.)
Hiven (Subtarainian, frail in body, but very advanced.)

Race Mods:
Cyborgs (Mechanical Advantage, needs power source.)
Elementics (Elemental abilities, physical/mental handicap)
Hyper-Synaps (Physical/mental advantage, opposing handicaps)

Gender: Male Or Female
Race: Character's Race (Race Mod)
Appearance: Description of Character, and Link to Picture.
Personality: How Does Your Character Act
Occupation: What is Your Character's Job?
Bio: What is Your Character's Background?
Weapons: What Weapon(s) Does Your Character Carry?
Abilities: What Ability/Abilities Does Your Caracter Have?
Gear: What Does Your Character Own?
Misc.: Anything Else Not Covered.
Gaia Name: Gaia Name of Player

Rules:
exclaim PM me all Character Profiles. When and If I accept them, they will be posted in the character thread.
exclaim A maximum of 2 charaters per player
exclaim When PMing me Charater Profiles, put "Cold War" in the title.
exclaim Post at least 3 times a week. If you go one week (or 7 days in a row) without posting, your character(s) will be killed. If you know you will be unable to post for a week or longer, tell me beforehand, and I can arrange for your characters to be on hiatus.
exclaim Follow all Barton Town Rules and Guidelines. This means cursing is allowed, but graphic depictions of violence and sexual acts are not. Note, the key word is graphic.
exclaim This is a litterate RP Game. That means correct grammer, decent spelling, and no chat-speak.
exclaim Do not use ** for actions, use "" for speaking, and italics for thoughts. Use past tense when posting, as if writing a story.
exclaim There is to be no OOC in the story thread. There will be a seperate thread for OOC.

Character Creation Guidelines
These guidelines are in place to help create evenly matched and balanced characters.
exclaim Every character gets 3 points for abilities/weapons. The more points you put into a single ability/weapon, the stronger it is. Examples:
arrow 1 Point Ability/Weapon: Small Flames/Mindsight/Basic Hand Weapon
arrow 2 Point Ability/Weapon: Flaming Body/Telepathy/Basic Firearm/Enhanced Hand Weapon
arrow 3 Point Ability/Weapon: Fireball/Mind Control/Enhanced Firearm/ Energy Hand Weapon.
exclaim These same rules apply to cybornetic Enhancements. There are three types: Strength, Speed, Defense. If your charater has a Cyborg Mod, they must have at least one point in one type of enhancement.
exclaim If you want to use a race that you have created, send me a background of it and a sample character, and I will consider.
