I find it very interesting that Strife is probably the most unremarkable person on this planet. He's somewhat short, not particularly good at his exams, and anti-social. Yet while I was perusing through the security tapes, I noticed a strange man lurking about in the shadows.
While Strife was training with the other Soldiers, this man lurked in the foliage near the fence. On the materia range, the man perched upon the surrounding barricade, hiding behind a company flag. I've managed to procure a screen capture of him as a particularly strong wind blew his cowl away from his face, and I cannot help but think that he looks somewhat familiar.
Long, black hair, green eyes, pale features, and a heart-shaped face. I can't place where I might have seen him before, but I don't think he's an employee of the company. I'll have Tseng verify this, but even if he isn't an employee, I've a hunch that he's got something to do with Hojo.
I've downloaded the image onto my cell phone and forwarded it to the Turks. Hopefully they can tell me something about this strange man. As for me, I'm going to return these discs before anyone sees me with them.
