Summer's almost over, so let's check the damages, shall we?
A girl I liked talked me into getting a myspace (whoopdie-do)
The girl I had a crush on...found a guy...of which I encouraged her to date (Yay me) (Aren't I such a wonderful person...)
I cursed out a friend and ended up strengthening our friendship (I'm still lost with that one)
I got pulled into marching band (Just great)
I've yet to start my AP English projects (s**t...)
How about the upside of things, you say? Well...
I've decided to join track (Apparently, I've got slave feet)
I've been told by a total of four girls that I have a wonderful speaking voice (...)
I've rediscovered the wonders of Taco Bell (It's so good, it's cheaper than real food)
Consoling friends in relationships so much, I've become completely okay with being single (...sorta...I'm just not as bothered by it)
Saw my crazy family from my mom's side (Most. enjoyable. reunion. ever)
I've somehow formed muscles on my arms (I swear, I woke up, and there they were) (Creeped me out)
One epiphanous revelation has made me an awesome actor (acting is just lying with your entire body)
A friend told me I'm one of the best liars he knows (Gee thanks, Chris) (Makes me feel all special inside)
I managed to score a bigger TV for my video games to be played on (It took some fine tuning, but it was worth it)
I've found out my parents are just as, maybe less, perverted than I am (The books they read...) (You can't even find those in a library)
I've finally gotten rid of my writer's block (RP, here I come)
I passed VA/US History with a perfect score on the SOL and a 97% in the class (I swear, I slept through the entire class)
All in all, I think this has been one of my best summer's yet! I mean, it could have been better, but it least it wasn't worse
Through all my troubles, I've lost more than won, I've fallen where I stood, and I've done everything I could
Now I'm out my little bubble, with my sights set toward the sun, and everything is balanced, as it should
