It was upon the end of the 34th quadricycle that something horrible was about to happen. Everyone could sense it in the clouds and the Winds (Which were a broad way to send messages between each other without having to run long distances for clarity.) Something loomed in hidden crannies, impossible to see by eye, but able to feel the horrific potency if its mana flow in your heart.
The Heavens' Towers became restless, and the Spirits of the Elements decided that it ws time to take action against the Darkness that was to spread about the strange continent of Nexton once more. Having done so, they had successfully 'planted the seeds of their elements' which were the heirs of Fre, Earth, Wind, and Water.
Before they could increase the strengths of these Seeds, Darkness had found the Heavs' Towers and sent its way upward into the skies, attacking it. The Spirits tried fending it off, but the Darkness was too powerful. It seemed that they were to lose against the Darkness. The Spirits quickly ejected their Seeds into four different locationsof Nexton.
Soon, the newborn Humanes would grow in time, and they would soon restore peace to this quickly corrupting land. Their Towers were wrecked and slowly decending to the Earth below.
Those on land became well aware of the falling sacred shrine, and evacuated the City of Markensive to make way for the crashing of this beloved place.
The Towers collapsed into the ground, crumbling. The Crystals within the towers were scattered, and burst their way into the four countries of the realm: Nexton, Grothia, Nimad, and Mau. The Spirits' power was felled, and they had no choice but to remain encased in single Crystals located quite near the crumbled Towers.
Hope only lay in their heirs. Their heirs would soon be named by the ones who found them and raised them, and the heirs would then know when it is time for themselves to return to the Towers to learn of their duty in their lives.
20 quadricycles had passed, with the shadow of Darkness spreading loosely into Nexton and Nimad. It had hardly touched Grothia and Mau, for their countries were far too protected at the time. The heirs had grown up, and became known to the world around them. Here are the four short bios of the heirs of Nexton:
Kirron Youmi was found on Hutchet, a Southern town. He was born ad raised to sell and distribute swords and weaponry to the nearby city Cerent. He spent most of his time learning how to blacksmith wth his 'uncle' Verent. He practced with axes in his spare time.
Caden Koliag was found in Cerent. The Koliag dynasty took him in and taught him how to be a vivid fighter of the unarmed and clawed combat. He took classes and then began teaching younger ones how to fight as well.
Kajun Korent was found in Sandtown, a desert town far to the Northeast. His 'father' taught Kajun the ways of the Armed Forces and allowed him his own Allied Coalition upon the age of 19.
Ferin Korent was found in Tera, a wooded area Northwest of Hutchet. She was raised to respect Nature and Earth, and became a skilled Archer. She lived in the treetops where it was nice and safe, and helped hunt game and boar for her tribe.

Now, it was time for the Spirits to call for them. The Spirits called for their help, and they knew that the heirs were ready.
The story takes place upon this calling. the heirs would soon discover that they held much more power than they had ever thought...

Woo! Great for an intro for MA II: DoD! I hardly see any flaws in the original story at all ^^. Hope you like it, Katie. This one takes place before Makeii and Coji were ever alive!
