You walked into this life of mine,
And brought so much worthwhile,
In just a friendly, bright hello,
One sweet, endearing smile,
You shared joy I never knew,
So much I now hold dear,
And taught me how to live each day,
Without a thought of fear.
I'm glad you walked into my life,
A friendship now is ours,
As hand in hand we walk life's road,
Through sunshine and showers,
I'm truly happy you are there,
Whatever life might send,
It matters not, I'm very sure,
Because you are my friend.
You share my life- my every dream-
Somehow we think as one,
I've found a peace and joy,
As each new day is done,
No more of hurts or endless cares,
You banish tears and strife,
And I am thankful for the day,
You walked into my life.

How could some one like you, who is trying to be so emo write such a spirit lifting poem as that, where as some one who is totally cheerful like Lori write such depressing poems? It just doesn't make sense!!!
