In a dark corner of town lies the Corner Pocket Pool Hall. It's low lights may seem too dark for humans,but it's perfect for creatures of the night. A bar in the back is being tended by a skinny nervous demon named Arnold. He's always good for information...just as long as you persuade him. Beyond the bar is a back room which is perfect for secret dealings...
So enjoy,shoot around, just be careful who you play whith....he may just be The Devil.

Solomon strolled into the pool hall. He made a beeline straight for the bar. A contact of his named Arnold tended bar here. As he sat down, Arnold came over to him, pouring a glass of Rum. To the average person, Arnold looked like a jittery skinny dark haired man. However, anyone with a developed sense of smell could tell he was a demon.
“ Solomon,” Arnold nodded slightly, the bottle in his hands shaking “what do you want.” Solomon motioned to the door leading to the backroom and said, “ We need to talk.”

Once they were safely in the back room Solomon began by pulling out a newspaper clipping " You see this? Young guy,mauled in the sewers and later someone hears a large dog barking."
Arnold nodded " Yeah so what, one of your kind got careless, doesn't seem to be worth meeting like this for."
Solomon grimaced " I thought so at first too, but it just seems to perfectly lined up, there was even a witness...it's just too easy. So I need to you to keep your ear to tyhe ground,especially in the vampire and hunter community."
Arnold eyes widened in fear " Oh crap, you think it's....."
Solomon covered Armold's mouth and snarled " Don't even mention the name, just Do it!
He uncovered Arnolds mouth, and walked towards the door.
Arnold called out " Be careful man, if your right, a whole lot of people are in trouble."

Alice had walked in and sat waiting at the bar. She really wasn't good at pool but she wanted a drink. She was sitting there as Solomon and Arnold came out of the back room.
"i would like a beer please." she said to the one walking toward her.
She had had one of those days. everything had gone wrong today and she just wanted to take her mind off of everything.

Solomon gestured towards Arnold " You heard the lady, a beer, better yet make it two.
Arnold pulled two ice cold beers out from behind the bar. Solomon paid him, he turned to the Alice raised his beer and said "On me." He ventured over to a pool table.

"Why thank you. You really didn't have to do that." Alice said to him as she reached for her beer. She turned in her chair and watched Solomon set up the pool table for a game. Her drink was gone before he had finished. "I'll have another..." she had saif to Arnold
"Well miss if your going to drink them all like that maybe you should go for somethig a bit stronger." Arnold said as he got the other beer and handed it to her
"Maybe.... But i wouldn't know. I don't drink very much. It really messes with my head and i start seeing people that i know have been dead for years. So i'll stick with beer for now thank you." Alice said after taking the drink from him.

"You'd better just do what she says Arnold, I've seen her kill people before, for just doing less than disagree with her." Solomon said smirking and shooting the 8-ball in to finish the game. He watch Arnold twitch an his gaze slowly drift down to a small cabinet beneath the bar.
"Relax," Solomon said, "If she wanted to start something, she already would have." He took a seat next to her, and smiled disarmingly " Since we have your here though, I'm wondering if I could ask a favor."

"Well i don't know if i'll be able to help, it really depends on what it is. And I'm not here for trouble I'm here to get drunk..." Alice said wishing she was strong enough to kill the man that had made her want to get drunk in the first place.....

He turned and said "Yeah I know what it sounds like, but either my kind is getting stupider, which I hope not, or someones trying to shine a little unnecessary light on us to the humans." He sipped his rum " This seems too much like a set-up to me,and i know someone who might do a thing like this, especially if they knew i was in town. Now i been trying to figure this out myself, but some of you leeches tend to get a little....antsy when a lycan comes around your territory. Which is where you come in...." he paused and downed the rest of his drink.

"I'll have another round please..." She had said to Arnold
"And who do you think would do this? A vampire?"Alice asked returning her attention to Solomon

He finished his rum and signaled Arnold for another one. "Yes, I believe so...a very vicious and annoying vampire, by the name of Domino, we had a bit of a turf war back in the twenties. He...got very good at two things, torturing, and framing lycans. However, he's never worked alone, he prefers to have either minions, or partners do most of the dirty work." Solomon downed the rest of his drink " By the smells i got down by the sewers, there may be either demons or other vampires involved, i couldn't get a good read on which, to many smells down there. I need you to check through the vampire community, look for anyone either new or traveling recently." He smiled " That is, if you wouldn't mind"

"I can't promise I'll find anyting.... I have my own problem so it might take me a while to check with everyone but i'll try if you can do something for me that is..." Alice said with a smirk
"Maybe I should have something a bit stronger Arnold. I have a feeling the person I think I see when I'm drunk is really there and that gives me good reason to drink. I don't care what it is I'll drink anything right now...." She said turning to Arnold

"Well you see theres this man that I killed right after I became a vampire. Somehow a lycan bit him after I left. Now he is in L.A. and till a few weeks ago I still thought he was dead. I ran into him in the forest on the outshirts of town, and thats about all I know. I need some more information about him, but like you said with vampires not liking you sniffing around the same goes for lycans. I don't know how you'll get the information cause he was always a loner when I knew him, but if you could I would be greatful." Alice said then took the drink that had been placed in front of her.

Solomon crunched a piece of ice between his teeth " Alright I'll see what I can do." He rose to leave,dropping a small stack of bills on the counter " Arnold, give the lady whatever she wants." He turned back to her and said " I'll try and contact you if i come across anything, You get any information, just deliver it to Arnold here or at my apartment." With a nod he strolled out the door, and into the city.
