Nicolieus found herself alone again. No brother, no anyone. Well, that didn't bother her unless it was night time. She feared the dark dangers that lurked there now. The male leopard that had attacked her. How could she forget. He made sure she didn't. His black fur and golden eyes were enough to bring a shiver down her spine.
She didn't know if she could see another black male again. No, she wouldn't. She'd automatically think it him. She didn't care that her paranoia was getting bad. She stopped and looked around wildly hoping that he didn't come in the day time too. Her heart was pounding for no reason at all.
She was being a stupid female. She sat down and flicked her tail to calm herself down. Why was she like this? How could she let someone scare her so much? She would get her revenge on him. She was going to attack him one day. Though he might kill her. She closed her eyes to forget the pain that he caused her.
Then her thoughts went to another that she had met. He was nice. Not all males were bad, right? Well, her brother wasn't bad either. He was the best out of them.
As she sat there and thought about what happened to her recently, she had totally forgot that she was just sitting in one spot for too long. Anyone could come up and pounce at her, and she wouldn't notice until it was too late. She wasn't the best when it came to hunting stuff, or listing to her surroundings. Or at least, she just never tried too much.

The little kit stretched and yawned a loud and impolite yawn. Her claws stretched out as she let her front legs slide out from under her to as far as they could reach infront of her. Her white fur had a huge brown glob of dirt on one of her sides from where she was laying down. She shook the loose dirt off of her and began walking around to see if any of her friends were out.
It had been a long while since Asami had seen her friend Takumi. He had become her friend after a little bit of danger that they had ran into after playing tag in the darker part of the forest. Her fluff of a tail wagged as she thought of the adventure they had.
Quickly she snapped out of her thoughts and she continued walking to no where. After a little bit of thinking, Asami decided that she wanted a drink of water from the tiny river that was near where she was sleeping the day away.
Her thoughts quickly drifted off as she thought about what she would want to eat. Fish? A rabbit? Maybe a mouse? Berries? Shrugging a little, she decided she would eat whatever she found.
Asami lost interest in what she was thinking about whenever she saw a spotted figure moving around. Was it her friend?! Quietly, Asami made her way towards the figure and stayed low. A playful grin was slapped acrossed her face as she got ready to pounce the figure that she thought was her really good friend. "RAWR!!!" She yelled out as she pounced on the female that was just sitting there alone.

Nicolieus didn't notice the little one jump at her until just a second before she pounced on her. At first her eyes went wide thinking it was someone trying to hurt her, then she realized it was just a kit. She hit the ground from the unexpected pounce. "Ah!!" She let escape from her lips.
How could she be so stupid and let a little kit come up and jump at her? Her tail flung up and then back to the ground. She quickly pushed the kit off her and sat up straight again. One paw on the kit so she wouldn't go anywhere. Where was this one's mother? Or father? Or someone? She felt frustrated, yet she wasn't going to take it out on the kit.
She lifted up her paw and looked at the kit with a rather stern look. One a mother would give to a child when they did something wrong. She wasn't a mother, but her mother use to look at her that way before. She learned quite well of the face.

Asami's eyes widened whenever she saw that the ulaya was not her spotted friend. She couldn't help but giggle a little whenever the female ulaya screamed at a kit pouncing on her.
Whenever she fell off the ulaya, she quickly tried to jump up but was pushed down whenever she put her paw on her. "Get off me!" She yelled out as she wiggled around trying to get out from under the older ulaya's paw that was resting on her. A growl slipped from Asami's throat as she bit the other ulaya's paw while still squirming around and trying to get from under her huge paw.
Finally the paw came off of her and Asami jumped up and looked at the ulaya's stern look. The kit shrugged it off looked up at the older ulaya expecting a good old fashioned talking to. Asami sighed softly as her fluff tail layed against the ground in a relaxed sort of way.

Nicolieus shook her paw that happened to be bit before she realized it. What a little brat! She thought as she placed her paw on the ground gently. She didn't say anything to the kit at all but sat there and started at her. She wanted to ask the reason she pounced on her, but she remembered how she was when she was a kit.
Not listening to anything at all. She ignored all her mothers advice, and all that fun stuff. "Nice to meet you too." Was all she said to the kit. Eyes now closed and ears back.

Asami smirked whenever the other ulaya shook her paw. It was fun to see the enemy in pain. A tiny growl slipped from her throat as she looked at the other ulaya's look. What would this ulaya do now? She didn't lecture her like other ulayas would have probably done.
Asami's ears perked whenever the other ulaya whenever she said the kind thing she said rather than yelling at her for pouncing her. "You weren't supposed to be you." She said at the ulaya's sarcasim.

She raised an eye brow. "How am I not suppose to be me?" Frankly that seemed weird, unless she thought she was someone else. Did this young know her brother? Curiosity took charge at that now.
"Who... Am I suppose to be?" She asked her. Totally forgetting about the pounce in the first place. Or at least the pain in her paw that the other one caused. Her tail flicked up and down as she eyed the other.

"I thought you were my friend." She said looking at the other ulaya's markings and colorings. Surprisingly she looked like the other ulaya she had met not too long ago. He was a lot different then she was.
Her tail flicked from side to side again as she looked at the older ulaya. "You look like someone familiar." She said as she looked at the other ulaya's spots again. How could she mistake this odd colored ulaya for her friend? They were completely different other then they both had spots.

Nicolieus nodded. "Would his name happen to be, Tobias?" She asked the kit. Not really sure if it was going to be a yes or now. Of course, if it was yes, she wouldn't be surprised. A No, then she would be rather surprised. She hadn't met anyone yet that was like him and her.

Asami shook her head. "No, his name is Toby." She corrected as she sat down and began to lick her front paw as she had watched her spotted friend do when they first met.

Nicolieus let out a laugh. So he had been saying her nickname for him to other people. She found that totally amusing. "He's my brother." she finally said as she stopped laughing. She wondered how that encounter went. Seeing how he hadn't seen a kit before. Well, besides them when they were little.
Oh, how this world was so small. He probably knew a lot more ulaya then she. She didn't get out as much as she liked. She flicked her tail and watched the little one's reaction to what she said.

Asami's eyebrows raised in a little bit of a 'wow' kind of motion. She hadn't ever met any brothers and sister that looked so much alike. Asami's sisters looked nothing like each other, and she was pround that she looked nothing like them. Of course, the only ulaya Asami sort of looked like was her mother. They had similar markings which Asami thought was kind of cool, but it would be better if she looked like her father.
The kit watched the other ulaya get lost in her thoughts as Asami switched to licking her other front paw. The little bit of dirt that was left on Asami's side would soon be gone whenever she licked it away.

"Hard to believe?" She asked the kit as she only gave facial expressions rather an answer to what she had said. Of course, it wasn't too hard to believe, was it? "Or have you met other's like us?" She asked raising her eye brow.

Asami put down her small little paw and looked up at the ulaya. "It isn't that hard to believe since you two look so much alike... I guess he could've been your father but he is too young." She said as she began to lick her side until the other ulaya asked another question. "I haven't met anyone like you two before. I have really only met my siblings and no one else's siblings. I look nothing like them, and I'm proud of that fact." She said as she continued to lick her side again.

Well, at least there wasn't many with spots, she thought to herself. "I see." She was a bit curious on how kits wouldn't look the same? Her and her brother were twins though. Was that part of the case? She gave herself a mental shrug.
