Stupid Freshman Practice.
And I have to march with the worst instrument to march with.
A Baritone! For those of you who don't know what they are in marching band they weigh about 20x a trumpet (no joke) and you have to hold it up like one.
It puts a strain on you especially during a 50 minute parade (ouch).
Yeah so I'm losing like 2lbs a day and it's starting to creep me out. xD
There's usually about 5 new marching band members but there are like 30 this year and I'm not going to lie most of them suck, some are normal, and others are really good. I just can't wait until we actually do our show which the theme is.... SPAIN

i was in the marching band in high school. I was part of the color guard. Some of the best times of my life. There is where I met my husband, he was in the drum line.

This year I'm playing the mellophone. Mellophone basically = baritone, but sounds different. domokun
