Hey guys. I'm Haruko, and I will be serving as your Hokage. Here are some rules I've put out for all that join Konoha. Sign this thread saying you acknowledge them, and I won't chop your head in two.
1. NO GOD-MODING.
2. Our guild's captain's word is law. Follow her rules.
3. Be literate! This is Konoha, and we're supposed to be the best of the best. Literacy makes the village look pretty-ful, and everything runs smoothly. I don't except anything perfect, but effort.
4. Be nice. Do not fight in this guild. Take in the pms if anything.
5. DO NOT tell me that I don't know what I'm doing. I've been a Kage and MOD in at least five guilds, and it's disrespectful.
6. If you leave the village without my say so, that is an instant ban for a week.
Exceptions:
- Character is leaving as missing nin.
- Mission.
7. Have fun.
8. I don't want this place filled with Uchiha and Hyuuga. Same with everyone being able to do Chidori, or Rasengan. Not everyone will be related to Sasuke. I will limit the ammount of people who will be in clans. Along with people being able to use forbidden jutsu.
9. When you fight, take some blows. Not everyone is an indestructable fight machine.
10. You CANNOT be in two places at once. Unless you have more than one character.

I agree with anything haruko says or does so if you don't listen to her be prepared to face the wrath of Haruko...are you kidding me I would bite your head off but Haruko is much scarier then me D:<
