As sexy as Cheri may be at the size she is xD (Yeah, right Lmao)
She's getting serious about losing weight.
For the last week she's been jogging every day.
So far she's lost 3 lbs or so, and hasn't gained it back!

So, i'm going to keep track of my starting point, and my ending point, right here! If that's fine and dandy with ya'll.

Not only have I been exercising though, i've been eating healthier. Like a salad every day, and no junk food! (Unless it's rice cakes, they're real good! And somehow supposed to be healthy anyways xD)
So anyways...Let's see...

I began at 166 lbs.
At the current moment in time, my weight is 163.5 lbs.
And right now, here's how I currently look (OH hells yeah! sexy posing time! Lmfao)

Anyways, does anyone have some good weight loss suggestions btw?
What I can do is limited.
I don't have a bike to ride, until I buy new tires, and they finish paving teh roads here.
I can lift weights occasionally, but not a whole lot.
But I am able to run, jog, w/e, (No running a s**t load right now though since I sprained my ankle), and other random things. Anyone have like, good diet plans though? Fun food to eat that's healthy? Fun anything? xD

Awwe I hope it works out for you! 4laugh But you really are beautiful the way you are 3nodding
My only advice would be not to down yourself while you're trying to lose weight, ESPECIALLY if you're an emotional eater. And don't lose 10lbs and celebrate by eating ice cream xd
Both can have disasterous effects :O
Other than that, I've been steadily gaining and my health steadily decreasing, so I can't exactly give any tips on how to lose. As you know, I'm personally seeking the lapband surgery 3nodding
Good luck whee heart

The only advice that I can give you is to buy a stepometer, and try to walk 10,000 steps per day.

Try watching what you eat, but don't be a**l about it.

Don't get down about the rate at which you loose weight,

Plus, we're always here if you're having a bad day and want to talk about it.

question, why do you need paved roads to ride a bike?
I used to ride on dirt and gravel (and even ice during the winter)

Mimisi- Thanks. smile You sure have been trying forever to get that lapband! Why haven't you yet? Doctors being gay or is it too expensive...?

Tink- smile Thankies. <3, Btw, how far is 10,000 steps...? Well about. Im real short so one of my steps would be equal to like ..a half compared to a normal person. xD

Saew- Our roads out here and horrendous. I could ride on a dirt road, but we have neither dirt nor pavement. There's always potholes that the cities haven't fixed yet, and they also have this thing for throwing giant rocks on the roads thinking that's alright. Plus a lot of partiers are always throwing their beer bottles out and with rocks around I can't see teh glass..which is why at the current moment, I need new tires. xD If we had paved roads I could at least see a head of time.

....trampoline. Not sure if you have one, but that is my cure. Right now I am on spring break and I have lost two pounds by bouncing on that thing with my friends. Its insane how good those things are for you (if your safe) and how much fun they are. I never thought that excersize could be fun but that was before we started a pelvic thrust circle for a half hour xd

Well my doctors are all for it, but insurance refuses to pay, without insurance it'd be about 20k for me personally. 3nodding So yeah>.> And I don't have credit, my parents have bad credit, so we can't get a loan and so on and so on xp So a bit of both I guess, only with insurance, not doctors, being gay xd
Oh! And like Tink said, don't get a**l. I think people, speaking from person experience xd , are more tempted to revert to junk food if they're too strict with what they eat. If you eat only grapefruit and lettus, potato chips and soda will look 500 times more appealing 3nodding

You like sports? Play some tennis, go swimming, do whatever you fancy. It's the exercise that doesn't feel like exercise. 3nodding I like walking around parks [they're squirrel filled and keep me happy with their sight].

Well eating healthy is always the best way to start, don't cut out junk completely at first, your body will be like ' gonk whats going on?!' Make your portions of food a bit smaller try that, I go to the gym once a week for two hours aswell, but walking, riding, swimming is always fun when you take ya mates!
hope i've been a little helpful smile

Chew eat bite of food at least 20 times or something like that... I think it's 20 3nodding Because your brain counts the number of chews, and helps decide when you're hungry 3nodding
Also, use a smaller plate. It's a mind trick surprised It looks like more food if it's on a smaller plate 3nodding ...But that doesn't work for me because I KNOW it's the same amount of food o.o lol xd

Set yourself a target, then if you get there, give yourself a little treat, like say to yourself that you are going to have a different type of salad everyday for a week, then at the end of the week, give yourself a treat like a weight watchers pudding or a chocolate bar, only one though, and just keep to that then that should motivate you to eat healthy because you know you are going to have that little treat at the end of the week!
(then go to the gym afterwards blaugh )
