It's been a touchy topic but one that should be explored.

I'm just wondering if anyone in here had and abortion or know/known someone that got one. Do you find it unethical? Do you think others should be unable to deside on there own health choices?

Discuzz- Are you Pro-life or Pro-Choice and WHY.

I think abortion is a sin.

"Thou shalt not kill"

The bible clearly says that you are ALIVE since the moment you're conceived. (Something like 'God saw you in your mother's womb'). I think if a teen mother with a terrible disease and no money at all is pregnant she should have her child, give the baby a chance to succes or fail in this life, like her parents gave it to her.

Eh. I'm pro-choice, but I wouldn't exactly encourage it though.

I just figure its not my body so why should the government/ other orgs. dictate what you can and can-not do to yourself? My way of thinking is if its not my body, its not my choice. but if it ever was your damn right i'd have a say in it.

yes, but abortion is not something you're doing to your body, like piercings and tattoos, it's something you're doing THROUGH your body TO someone else.

if we can't kill other people, then I think we sould'nt be able to kill babys who have'nt even done anything to anyone.

Yes, but either way people are going to make that choice. Illegally or legally, that choice is going to be made. Just like kids shooting up their schools, gangbangers selling drugs, etc. This is one of those things that really can't be stopped by simple law changes.

I am pro choice. but i put circumstances on it. i don't think that anyone under the age of 18 should be required to keep a child regardless of how much sex they have. i have seen too many lives ruined by children who then grow up with unfit parents. after that there is the issue of rape. it's not an issue. let them abort of they wish. after that comes career women. they are old enough and smart enough to know how to operate a condom. it's realy not that hard. so it's their own fault if they get knocked up.

Its not really right in my opion. Abortion is wrong in every way. To kill a life, means you kill yourself. No one has the right ot take a life away even if it's an unborn child.

I happen to be pro-choice. I wouldn't personally get an abortion and I would advise against getting an abortion, but I'm not about to tell someone that they can't get an abortion because I have no right to tell them what to do. If they want to live with the guilt of killing a baby, then they can. If they ask my advice I'll tell them not to, but that's my opinion and my advice. However, if the woman had an illness and either her baby and her were going to die or she were to have an abortion, I would advise her to get an abortion, that way at least someone would live, but that's only if there's absolutely no chance that either of them would live if the pregnancy were to continue.

wouldn't that be God's will?

What if she decides to get an abortion but something goes wrong and she dies also? her last action in life would've been a SIN (she allowed to get her baby killed) and she would directly go to hell.

If she believed in Jesus then she wouldn't go to hell.

If she seriously believed in Jesus she would've trusted in him and be sure that everything was going to end up fine.
