lemme start out with I like this thread and think everyone shoud post ^^
-Abortion - Should be allowed but not after 3rd term
-Capital punishment - should be allowed but severly cut back and you have to have alot of evidence.
-Immigration laws - Let them come in legally and pay taxes
-Gay rights - what ever not my thing let them do what they want its suposed to be a free country
-Gun ownership - let 'em do it but very strict
-the war - a mistake. . . . But we need to properly finish what we started
-the Three Strike Law- eh I dont know alot about it
-prayer in public schools - If people want to thats fine but dont force it on people.
-George Bush/d**k Cheney - ehhhhhhh puppet and puppet master
-Euthanasia - only if its written. . .but its really up to the family

-Abortion: Support, though not partial birth abortion.
-Capital Punishment: Support.
-Immigration Laws: Support, though I'm not a huge fan of enforcing border laws.
-Gay Rights: Strongly support!
-Gun Ownership: Undecided.
-The War: Oppose.
-The Three Strike Law: Support.
-Prayer in Public Schools: Strongly oppose.
-Bush/Cheney: Oppose.
-Euthanasia: Support.

Three Strike Laws are upheld in California and have been for, uh, ten years? I think...Anyway, it requires the state court to sentence a repeat criminal of three serious offenses to an extended period of incarceration.

This is the list of punishable offenses under the Three Strike Law.

-Abortion: I'm sorta on the line on this, yes if it's a rape baby, insest, within a certain time limmit, there would be harm to the mother, or is only going to linger a few months and die. (The last one is what happened to my cousin's neighbor. They didn't want their baby to suffer and slowly and painfully die so they had an abortion to spare it.)
-Capital punishment: Unsure
-Immigration laws: I say make it easier for them to be able to come to the U.S, some have fled here from some type of persecution; religon, race ect.
-Gay rights: HELL YES!! Let them be as miserable as the rest of us.
-Gun ownership: As long as people follow the rules and regs and it is handled with care, yes.
-the war: A little hasty getting into it. But now we have to finnish what we started.
-the Three Strike Law: Yes if it's the third rape or murder or something similar to that, not so sure about stealing.
-prayer in public schools: NO! At least not forced on me. I don't care if it's an individual thing, but it shouldn't be forced. Besides, as long as tests are given, there's always going some one in the class praying...
-George Bush/d**k Cheney: They both have their good points and bad.
-Euthanasia: If it's written and it's for their own good, let them have death with dignity. I too have recently gone through something like this with my own family. Believe me, it's a lot better to let them die with some grace, than to just let them waste away in pain, knowing they will never recover.

-Immigration laws - Legally but if they go illegal, gun fodder (like we don't have enough problems already)
-Gay rights - Fine, as long as you don't call it marriage and don't bother me about it I'm fine
-Gun ownership - Go guns!
-the war - Not a mistake, we're finishing something screwed up since WW I
-the Three Strike Law- IDK
-prayer in public schools - Sure, allowed but not forced
-George Bush/d**k Cheney - Tactless, but generally good
-Euthanasia -Yes, don't let them suffer without need, unless there's a cure around the corner (which there always seems to be until their dead, then it comes out)
