the assignment was make a pinch pot so i made 2 and stuck them together and added some spouts and I came up with this which looks suspiciously like a bong
the resemblence was unintentional. Honest.

and heres the second lace draping doll i've made which I liked before it was fired
and it came out looking gross and blobby.
I promise it didnt look that gross before it was glazed. The glaze was too thick or something and since It had to be fired at a really low temperature because it hadnt been bisqued before it was glazed it didnt really
melt all the way I dunno
I made another one but I decided against posting the pictures because its kind of broken and looks terrible.

this one is supposed to have lace detail on the bodice and sleeves ):

I really like the first one. It almost has the appearance of "accidental" pottery. Like the vase collapsed and was fired that way. It gives a really interesting quality.

Wow, ceramics, cool. I'm a big fan of clay, and glass as well. I have a few things dotted around my flat and I love every one.

The first one looks a little, not to offend here I hope but, gynaecalogical.

i dont know what the female figurine looked like before, but i think she's still lovely now. I like the roughness and abstract quality of the clothes, it keeps it from looking too much like one of my grandma's figurines, you know?

I don't like the paper parasol..it looks like a circle cut out of paper and i think it detracts from the piece. I don't know what size she is, but i would think a small paper umbrella spray painted white would be better.

The parasol was a quick kind of nonpermanent way of fixing her up for a picure with an umbrella.I'm actually looking for one because it needs to be kind of long

she's like 11" tall.
