Clarissa walked in at breakfast and sat down. She was a bit surprised at being the first one in, as she wasn't really a morning person. She grabbed a piece of toast and absent-mindedly ate it.

[.L.O.S.E.R.] Clarissa walked in at breakfast and sat down. She was a bit surprised at being the first one in, as she wasn't really a morning person. She grabbed a piece of toast and absent-mindedly ate it. Alex walked in to see Clarissa,"Hey!"

Jillian sauntered into the hall, her heels clicking authoritatively because she walked not on the carpet, but the cool stone. She waltzed passed the other tables not even hinting that she knew they were there, and then took a seat dead center of the table. She poured herself a cup of coffee like drink and reached for the news paper. She put of her thick gray framed glasses and began catching up on the previous day’s news. Soon she became caught up in the distaining world of chaos and devastation that was the wearing world today.

"Hey," Clarissa replied, still a bit lost in her thoughts. She looked down at her hand to see only a small bit of toast remaining in her fingertips, she popped it in her mouth and looked up in time to see the owls pouring in to deliver the mail. She searched the mass and located her own Great Horned owl, Aleron, circling above. He flew down and landed on her outstretched arm. "No mail today, huh?" She asked. "Ah, well. Have some toast." She grabbed another slice and gave him a bit of it. He took it and flew off.

[.L.O.S.E.R.] "Hey," Clarissa replied, still a bit lost in her thoughts. She looked down at her hand to see only a small bit of toast remaining in her fingertips, she popped it in her mouth and looked up in time to see the owls pouring in to deliver the mail. Catching Trent, her own owl, takes an owl treat from her pocket and gives it to him, "here you go boy, I remembered this time. Ooo, the daily prophet," Alex says while counting the change in her hand. "Here get this over to their owl," she says stroking him before he flies off. "So what time did you get up?"

Lia sauntered into the great hall, "nessun applauso?" she asked herself quietly, she gacefully walked to the Slytherin table and sat at the end nearest the door, about 3 seats from the end, " casseruola, la casseruola, la casseruola piccola silly silly dell'OH, che cosa una fare per ottenere il vostro affetto?" Lia sang a silly song to herself a she wedeged a muffin in her mouth crushaly.
She fit the muffin to far into to her mouth and almost swallowed it whole. ((btw, thats in italian))

Jade came into the hall, with a bounce in her step, ready to pass on some energy to someone else. She looked around naturally, and was suddenly filled iwth joy to see Alex. She quickened her pace, and was soon next to her. She gave Alex a big hug. And then waited for a break in her current conversation to say hi. She gave s small wave at the girl sitting at the table, since she didn't know her. She said "I've missed you so much Alex*She turned to the girl at the table and stuck out a hand* Hi, I'm Jade, its really nice to meet you" Said Jade with a flash of her hypnotizing smile.

Lia took a a drink of her cocoa, "well, that shouldn't happen again, I'm no pig..... just a , well something that rymes with boar." She quietly said this to herself. Lia took out a book and began reading it, just as an owl came and dropped a paper on her lap. She bagan to read this instead of her book, "boring, boring, even more boring, " Lia flipped through the paper, "ahh, this is what I wanted, obituaries, well, this is an awfully thin part of the paper, oh well, see if anyone good has died lately." Lia's gaze shifted as more papers came down to her lap, "ugh, don't people know someone's trying to catch up on her dose of death in people I know?" But Lia put down her paper anywho, she shifted her seat as she picked up a letter from her parents, all she read was, "sorry, but" before she put it under her other papers, "I'll just read that one later," Lia said as she opened another, Well, at least my parents can send me my national inquirer, this is what can really give you info. Lia opened the rest of her mail quickly and skimmed through the uslessly random stuff, 'your passport has expired', you really should see this,' sent from her crazy aunt from Idaho, and other various family letters she didn't really need to read, she re-picked up her letter from her parents, "sorry, but aunt Megan invited us to her house in Whales for Christmas, you won't mind staying at Howarts will you, over Christmas Vacation?" Lia put down the paper, "what are they sorry for, I was going to stay anyways," Lia said this to herself in an unusual chipper way.
Lia picked up a piece of paper, the back of an envelope, and she quickly scribbled out in her messy handwriting, "so sad I will have to wait to see you, I will miss you, Lia" She said each word aloud to make sure it sounded right, Why would they already have Christmas planned out? She looked up confused, and then grabbed a piece of toast, shoved it in her mouth saving it for her walk, and she went up to the Owlry .

Hermione strode into the great hall with her head held high. She walked up to the Gryiffindor table and took a seat near the end. Pulling a newspaper from her bag Hermione sighed and frowned slightly.

Alex was surprised to find someone hugging her. She hadn't had much of that in a while, but she recognized her old friend's voice and quickly figured out it was Jade who had hugged her. "I know it's been so long, if you ask me I would say centuries but hey with the stepmother everyday takes a century to end, at least until I got here everyday seemed that way." Alex didn't want her friend to worry about the stepmother so much so she didn't add that Jade's hug really meant the world to her and wouldn't trade it for a million galleons, so instead she showed it with her smile. "I'm so glad to see you again Jade!"
