Yuki let a slight smile come across his features, his neck arched gracefully as he put his nose against the soft petals of a violet. All around him, were the flowers. Dark hued violets with delicate scents that wafted gently into Yuki's senses, bringing him at peace. He always felt so calm when he was by himself. "Yun-chan!" a loud voice came from behind him, and immediatly the calmness was washed away. Yuki's ears pulled back, and he turned around slowly, only to see a wolf with a crop of messy black hair, and a too-loose tie flapping behind him as he ran towards the stallion. "Yun-chan! You left me at the teepee! Why?" he whined, taking his place at the stallion's side, much to the soquili's displeasure.
He snorted frustratedly, the peace now broken. And it only got worse at the wolf began bounding around in the violets, snapping and crushing their delicate stems and petals.

Hienna had been strolling along quietly, enjoying the oncoming spring with the new blossoms and the lovely fragrances that wafted through the air lazily. The unicorn mare was completely at peace as she walked, taking pleasure in watching the flowers bob in the breeze and the butterflies dance across the sky.
The silence and peacefulness was broken when the wolf bounded through, however, and though Hienna hadn't noticed anyone in her company before hand, too lost in her own thoughts, the sound breaking through shattered her own little world and her eyes went to the source of the noise.
"Such a shame to watch beauty be destroyed before your eyes," She murmured softly, eying the wolf that was bounding through the violets. It was said to nobody in particular, but she gave a small nod of recognition to the stallion that was there. It was only polite, after all.

The stallion frowned, snorting in annoyance at the wolf. "Quit it!" he snapped, and the wolf suddenly froze.
The wolf's ears pinned back against his head, and he smiled a wolfish apology to his companion, and slowly stepped out of the patch of violets, crumpling only a few more with his pawsteps.
The stallion looked back at the mare, and returned the nod, and then gave her a gentle smile. "Good eve', Miss." he said kindly, then dipping his head and pulling his foreleg back, he bowed to her. "My name is Yuki Sohma, this he said with a touch of irritation in his calm, and quiet voice, "is Manabe Kakeru. My....friend." he said the word almost in exasperation.
The wolf's face brightened up, and he stepped in front of the stallion. "Aww, c'mon Yun-chan. You know you really like me!"

"A pleasure to meet you both," Hienna said politely, giving a small bow in return, "My name is Hienna."
The mare trotted toward the violets and bent down, nosing into the delicate flowers. "It's quite the lovely day, is it not?" She said after a long while, lifting her head and looking toward the pair.

"The pleasure is all mine." the stallion said in reply, showing his polite, almost prince-like side. The side he himself hated. "And it is a lovely day. Well...it was." he said, his large, violet eyes turning towards the wolf.
Kakeru grinned. "Hienna? What's that stand for?" he said, then pulled his ears back to show he meant nothing by it.

The mare remained quiet for some time before she finally answered, "You know, I don't know what it stands for. It must just be a name my mother fancied."
The mare gently plucked up a violet with her teeth and offered it to the stallion in a simply gesture, "It is still a lovely day, just not as quiet as before. The silence will come again as the words spoken by others generally fade away, do they not?"

Yuki looked at the violet, stunned by the act of kindness. He blinked, and took it with a nod of thanks. "Indeed. But now that we are in company, the silence we long for would not be as soothing as it was, but instead awkward and somehow unbreakable." he said with a slight chuckle in his voice. Though silence was lovely, it was usually...unwanted...when in the company of others.

"That is very true," the mare agreed, "Silence is generally not the best thing in a conversation. Then again, there are times when it is not awkward at all."
Hienna glanced around the immediate area, "What brings you here this fine afternoon, Yuki? Manabe? Are you on your way to a particular place?"

He nodded. "Yes...but those moments seem to be very scarce. As....it is hard to find the right person to share them with." he said quietly, the violet still in his teeth. He shook his head. "No reason. I was here to avoid...a certain wolf friend. But it seems that failed me." he said, looking back at the wolf again. "Aww...c'mon, now Yun." Yuki raised a brow, then looked back at the mare. "I'd call it...too much of a good thing?" he said sarcastically.

"Ah, too much of a good thing. However, I count you as blessed to have such a loyal friend." The mare looked at the wolf. Despite the fact he was careless and ruined some of the prettiest violets she had ever seen he seemed to be genuine enough.
Seemed being the key word.
"But I do agree that it is difficult to find such a person. Perhaps if you wished to avoid such a true friend you could ask him politely for some peace?"

Yuki couldn't help but chuckle. She was right. No matter how much the wolf annoyed him, he was his friend, and was there when he needed him. "You're right. In more ways you'd think." he said seriously. Kakeru was actually Yuki's first real friend. One who saw Yuki's real side. The darker...lonlier Yuki.
"Ah...but he's not that easy to get rid of." he said with a laugh, watching the wolf chew on his tail.

"Hm. That is a conundrum, then." Hienna flushed with pleasure of at least being correct but said nothing more on the subject. The mare took a few steps toward the wolf and bent down.
"Hello! You care about Yuki, do you not?" Perhaps if Yuki could not get him to go away she could. Hienna had quite the way with words, or so she had been told all her life by her mother. If she could help this stallion, well, at least she was putting it to good use.

Yuki smiled pleasantly at the mare, then raised a brow curiously as she spoke to the wolf.
Kakeru looked up at her with bright eyes. "Well, it matters." he said with a laugh. "He's such a spoiled little rich girl sometimes." he gave the stallion a grin, then laughed. "But yeah, he's my President. I have to care about him! He's red, and I'm black!" the wolf's babble seemed like nonsense, but it made all too much sense to the black-suited stallion.
