This thread is to list members / ex-members of the guild who currently have warnings / have been banned.
I suggest a given member can have two warnings, and the third offence constitutes a ban. Moderators giving warnings and/or bannings should use reasonable discretion.
Warnings:
First Warning --> Monkeyman50 for consistent lack of evidence, over-use of biased claims, and ignorance of fellow debators' points.
Second Warning --> Monkeyman50 for lack of evidence and false claims. (Issued Monday February 12, 2007)
Banned:
--> Mr.Mxyzplk
--> Doktor Jackal

i dont suppose it would be rude to ask why they were banned? just an idication as what not to do i guess

I don't see why not. But as for the Mxyzptlk and Jackal bans, you'll have to ask Das about those.

Within the given moderator's discretion, I think a warning could be lifted if the member with a warning shows a major turn-around in their debating style after a while.

Mxy and Jackal are the same person. We got into a rather heated spat in the main AMC a few months ago, which resulted in him banning me from his guild. So I returned the favor.
