http://www.shoutfile.com/v/jNGTiZDp/Brian_Flemming_on_Fox_News_Gets_OwnedI think this guy had some bad encuonters with some bad christians and it taking it out on others. I don't think the unforgiveable sin is to deny god's existance. I mean, I've seen plenty of people who didn't beleive in his existance be called to (or back to) a christian life. It think what these kids are doing is sad, but by no means unforgiveable. Discuss: -Your thoughts on Brian Flemming -What you think the unforgiveable sin really is (blasphemy against the holy spirit-what does it mean?)

well i personally believe that the only unforgiveable sin is not believing in God, because he cant forgive you if you dont acknowledge him. But what Brian is doing is not "for the better of the kids". He is unhappy with his spirituality or whatever and is brining others down with him. Think about it if he was an Aethist and saw all these Christians praising God and whatnot, anormal person who didnt believe would just think well in the end we just die so if it makes them happy go for it. Or as long as they dont bother me.....BUT he is attacking our faith for certain reasons.

Bashing another religion because you don't agree with what it says isn't very respectful, and you're practically doing what they're doing. Judgemental responses like that is the reason people refuse to go to church and hear the message.

exactly.. and what's wit hthe swearing? where's your respect for others here? ,i don't go to church. but i am a good man. the bible teaches to do unto others what you would have them do unto you. I live by that. i don't need church for this. i do as i feel is right. personaly i have never been steered wrong by my father. i tend to agree with his views on the topic.
note: i used italics instead of quoteations because i am paraphrasing not taking a direct quote.

Respect is a two-way street. If you don't respect them, they won't respect you.
They are expressing their views and opinions. If you don't respect that you're a damn fool. People could express their views just as you could say you're the most devout of your family. Lazarus The Resurected the bible teaches to do unto others what you would have them do unto you. I live by that You are contradicting yourself. You are saying you act as you'd want others to act onto you; however, you are showing disrespect for them. Is there a meaning for this? Do you want disrespect?
Just as you are entitled to be a Christian, others are entitled to choose whatever religious belief(if any at that) they wish so.
If they choose to express themselves blatantly as they have been doing, it's not your business to show disrespect for doing the same thing you are doing; expressing themselves.
In my honest opinion what John Kasich was doing was disrespectful, bashing someone encouraging self-expression.

First, in regards to past posts: Jesus respected Everyone. He was kind to authorities he knew were only asking questions so they could judge him, and to disciples he knew would betray him, and people who just didn't plain understand.
Second: I think the unforgivable sin is this: when a person dwells in the house of the Lord, when they know him as their best friend, and then they turn from God and deny they know him at all.
I heard a teaching on that once, and being a Christian, it makes sense to me.

I don't really think that is the unforgiveable sin, because Peter did the exact same thing and he was forgiven even before he denied Jesus.
