Goku from Dragon ball Z, vs Goku from Saiyuki. Who do you think ould win the fight?

According to some stuff I've heard, the Saiyuki Goku at full power can create and destroy dimensions, but then again the person I heard it from is a notorious fanboy so I don't exactly trust him.

Until I see proof of that I'll put my money on DBZ Goku who can pretty much destroy celestial bodies larger than the Earth's moon.

Now Hanuman/Son Wu Kung/Son Goku, The Stone Monkey, The Glorious Monkey King, Greatest Sage, born from a stone atop the highest mountain on the mystical island of Flowers and Fruit, and now right hand of Buddah ftw!!!

Note: Both Saiyuki and DBZ in appearance take after Hanuman human looking male with a monkey tail. Where as Son Wu Kung (Chinese), and Son Goku (Japanese) are actual monkies.

Each of the three are slight variations in story but these two anime characters have more Indian elements than Chinese or Japanese.

Seeing as such information came from a "notorious fanboy", I'd have to lean towards DBZ Goku for this fight.

I've seen this VS battle before in the A/M/C a while back, and the points about Saiyuki Goku were all over the place. I also noticed that people who gave him ridiculous amounts of power usually had their caps lock button glued down . . .

Not that such a thing takes away from Saiyuki Goku; just that I'd need some solid information before making a final decision.

I've only seen one episode and a couple previews of Saiyuki so my knowledge on the Saiyuki Goku is very limited. From what I've seen in a couple AMVs I saw at youtube I personally think Dragonball Z Goku would win. Goku (DBZ) is capable of destorying celestial bodies, Saiyuki Goku didn't seem to be anywhere near capable of that.

This coming from the person who thinks that YYH characters can destroy planets and SDK characters are FTL...

I believe ye be talking about me. First of all...

I never said any bullshit like that. In fact, I always dispell that feat as it doesn't even mean s**t (and no, no one said that he can create and destroy dimensions... 4thandnaruto said that he has the ENERGY to create a new heaven and earth, which would have destroyed the old one in the process.. which was actually going to happen in the series if not stopped)

Secondly... the Link thing is a joke. Do you know what a joke is? You need to lighten up. You take things WAY to seriously.

About the match. Saiyuki's Goku can only get up to SSJ1 before losing. Although he has LOADS more energy than Goku, and there's still no evidence that Goku has enough firepower to take Seiten Taisei out in SSJ2 (contradictions are to blame), I'm not so sure Seiten Taisei can take down SSJ2 Goku in with his current feats. His feats are currently rising, but it's still too early to tell.

DB Goku at full power wins this.

First of all, the SDK anime sucks, and anime Kyo is weak as hell.

If you're going to make a thread involving SDK, please, use the manga.

Manga Kyo would win this fight, he is simply too fast (above lightspeed) and has too many deadly techniques.

Hiei was S - class at the end of the series.

After rewatcing it, I actually found out that S - class demons are even more powerful than I thought they were: They can actually destroy planets just by powering up.

I was mistaken about the YYH thing, S - class demons cannot destroy planets, they can destroy the surface of a planet at most.

Kyo characters can go FTL (it is stated).
