They sound like they have diahreeuh (or however you spell it). The bands that screamo like throughout the whole song have no talent. stare
But that's just my opinion, so don't get mad.

Screamo is just emo rock with more screaming. I don't think you're listening to real screamo if it's all screams. Maybe metal?

I personally can't hear "emo" in music but I can hear it in the lyrics and in such case many songs are emo.
I already said I haven't heard any thing extremo so no I can't name an extremo band.
I really don't consider emo a music genre. I would call it rock, if anything. Personally, it's all music.
