Basics:
~People come to me and suggest their friends, or someone who has done good for others here on Gaia
~For a month, I leave this chairty open for their friends to come donate. I will also donate a little gold myself. Friends can donate items towards their friend's goal, gold, tickets, bug, paper, whatever they want. You also don't have to be the person's friend. You could think "Hey I wanna be nice" and donate
~All donaters will be added to the list, marked with what you gave.
~At the end of the month, all proceeds go to the person questing. If the item is gotten in that month, I stop the current charity and give all items collected (gold, tickets, ect) to the person, even if they got their item.
Why?
~Because, even if the person doesn't get their item, a nice added boost is always loved, and hard to get. If all of their friends on their friends list donate even 10 gold, that could help them.
~Questing for big things *cough*sash*cough* is insanly hard. True, all of this is just pixles, but people are makeing huge fusses over chargeing a million-trillion gold for them. Also, old people who have been here for long time are bitching about these old donation items being released in the quest system (even though it would take a whole crapton of effort, time, and waiting to get them, which is just like questing normaly, except you can actually get your goal, not get it and then inflation knocks it up another zillion gold). Without some form of help, no one is gonna get these items.
~Because, even though some insist I'm a btch, I'm a really nice person who likes giving.
What does the person have to do to be considered?
~They have to have been here for awhile. I am not going to help some new person who has little time here on Gaia quest for an item, just to have them quit or spend it on something else. They have to have been here long enough to have a decent post count, and well seasoned in the way of Gaia
~They have to have done some act of kindness. Maybe they are always donating to others, maybe they got you a niffty item. Maybe they are there when friends need them. They have to be a GOOD PERSON, and I have to have proof of this.
~They have to be dedicated to their quest. I don't want someone who is just going to spend the gold on something else. They have also had to have been questing for more then a month.
(please keep in mind, dedicated does not mean never giving gold to others or helping anyone. They just have to really like the item, and honestly be working their ways towards it)
~Not be a mule account. I will check, and so help me god, if you try to get your mule a item, you will get my wrath.
What if they are questing for a dream avi, that has a ton of small priced items on them?
~By all means, feel free to suggest them. We take any dream here, but chear dream avi's are easier to get. We will normaly shoot for the highest priced item on their list, and work our way down *nods*
How do I suggest someone?
~PM me. Make sure you mention Good Things for Gaians in the title, or I will pass over it. I still get mass ******** chain letters and it sucks.
