I don't remember when exactly, but he was out in the...forest? with his family when a blizzard hit. They were stranded in the middle of nowhere, stuck in the car with no communication, little warmth and food. James Kim left the car and his family to find help, traveling like 10 miles I heard, before he collapsed and died. In the end though, searchers found the car, and his family was saved, but they had been there for a loo-ng time and were just barely getting by.
I felt like crying when I heard that. His family was so lucky to have someone like him. Bless him...
