Why do you think Falman has white hair at this age already? It's natural. Like whatshisface that won American Idol.

Do you think that him and Barry already share a bond together after being roomates? Of course! Maybe not a good bond, but.. a bond nontheless.

Should he ask Roy for some dating advice? NO ONE should ask Roy for dating advice.

Do you think that the new ice cleaning job suits him? Kinda. It's very boring, though...

well... he has black hair underneath, so maybe it's just stress. Or it could be that he just got white hair early.

Why do you think Falman has white hair at this age already? I think it's either his natural color or it's just a very very very very light blonde. Either way, his natural color.

There's a certain amount of respect in their relationship- Barry respects Falman enough to not kill him, and Falman respects the wishes of his superior officer by letting Barry room with him. xD

Why do you think Falman has white hair at this age already? I don't know. Kakashi had white hair since he was like, three, but this isn't a Naruto guild. -Shakes head- 'Tis sad.
