So what is everyone working on this week? I'm picking up an abandon project--an afgan I was making for my dad last year, and then got frustrated with. I'm going back to it now...it's so...slow... xp

I think my project this week is to excavate my yarn. We had been planning to move, but things didn't work out. I boxed up my yarn in preparation to move and then the boxes got buried by boxes of other stuff. Silly me didn't label my yarn boxes...... If I can find some inexpensive metallic crochet thread I plan to start on some clothes pin angels for the ferret shelter. It's a big if though. I haven't been able to find any metallic knit cro-sheen anywhere locally and a search I started on the web hasn't yielded any for sale yet.

I've kitted up for:
- Forest Path stole, handpainted silk/merino by Chewyspaghetti - River stole by Goddess Knits, handpaintedyarn.com's Cadmium laceweight - Lady Eleanor (Scarf Style), handpaintedyarn.com's Olive & Rose

I've got a couple more rows left on that scarf, then I'll be done. Once I finish that I'll be working on the baby blanket again. I'm mostly done with the first arm of my plushie, but I need stuffing. I'm working on that one in fits and starts since I'm using such a small hook.

This week i'm helping my sister make garb for a friend for the renassiance fair on sunday, and thats probably all i'll have time for. I'd -like-mto adjust the bodice i made last week for ren fair... its made out of brown corderoy and lined with twill. it worked well, i just need it to be a -little- bigger. just a tad.

I'm getting started on a cross-stitch of a Gaia avatar. I've made three in the last few months, I quite like them. The only problem is they take a hell of a long time to make. x____x' (I apologize if some of the pictures are big.)[x][x][x]It's certainly a step up from the little video game sprites I used to do all the time. sweatdrop
