While Bart has a small appearance in the first chapter of the Manga. Duero and Pyoro are correct though. (Note:The answer also applies to the secondary characters as well. wink )

The components required for that is Hibiki, Jura, Meia, Dita, The three transformed Dreads, the transformed Vanguard, Pyoro, and The will to live.

i don't think Gosaganoe doesn't make an appearance in the manga am i right...i don't have access so....
How does Hibiki save the survey team on the sand planet?
And what is the captain's name on the anime?

He smashes some coolant tank to make the sand hard and easier to get off, then they all just rocketed off the planet.
I believe the captain's name is Magnobidan, but usually just called Magno
