Ooh, I'll have to try this one so that I can surprise Burger with it! ^_^

I'm sure I've got some good recipes to post here, as I've got an entire index card box full of them, but it's upstairs and I'm too lazy to get them at the moment. Oh well... I'll post them later.

THE BURGASM:

Ground beef (the least lean you fan find 76% works well)
Garlic Powder
Dried Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Buns
Cheese (Optional, use Cheddar or Pepper jack)

Roll Ground beef into generously sized patties and poke 5 holes in each patty with the end of a wooden spoon.

Place patties in a non-stick frying pan and season with salt, pepper, garlic and parsley in that order. Be gernerous with the garlic and parsley, ESPECIALLY the garlic. You can never have too much garlic.

Flip immediately and season the other side of the burger

Fry burgers on medium heat until rare/medium rare. The more rare these burgers are the better

Let sit in greast for a second and then place on a bun, toast bun first if desired.

For cheese, place cheese on the patty while it's still in the pan, pour a spoonful of the hot grease/seasoning mixture over the cheese to melt it.

Sounds gross? try it, you'll find out why it has been dubbed "THE BURGASM" It is also known as a heartattack on a bun.

--Asha, the appearance isn't important. A lot of what I cook looks like nothing, but if you taste it you'll admit that I am The Master Chef!--

Habanero-Eye Steak Marinade:
(This recipe has not yet been perfected)

20-30 oz Olde English Malt Liquor
8 Habanero Peppers
8 Anaheim Chili Peppers
6 Lemons
6 Limes
Pepper
Salt

Before marinating steak, cut slits in meat with a steak knife, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in a plastic ziplock bag, or marinating container.

Squeeze lemons over the steak, allowing the juice to drip into the slits, repeat with the limes.

Dice the peppers, making sure to rinse hands THOROUGHLY after handling. DO NOT touch anything until after washing your hands. The juice from the habaneros is painful.

Put the diced peppers over the steak and pour in the malt liquor so that the steak is completely submerged in the marinade when the bag is sitting flat.

Sprinkle in a bit of salt and A LOT of pepper. I find it's easier to take the top off the shaker and pour in a good half the shaker for the pepper.

Fry the steak in a pan, basting with marinade unilt the meat is cooked on the outside. Do not baste the meat after the outside has been cooked!

Hey, Burger, I think you need to post your Ramen noodle recipe here.
I also think that's a recipe that you need to make again because it was so yummy.

I did post it in a different thread I think. I'll make it again sometime. I'm just not sure when. In the meantime, chew on this:

BB's lemon chicken

Boneless Skinless chicken breast
1/3 cup strained lemon juice
2 lemons sliced
4 cups chicken broth
2-3 tbs garlic
1 bunch green onions (chopped)
1/2 white onion (chopped)
Flour
Salt & Pepper
3 eggs
Olive Oil

Clean chicken, dip in egg and smother in flour.
Salt and pepper chicken in a pan with olive oil on medium heat for about 3 min
Remove chicken and raise heat
Sauté the onions, garlic and lemons in more olive oil
re-add chicken, add broth and lemon juice, bring to a boil and lower heat. Cover and let simmer for 30-45 min.
