well first you can upload your picture from your computer to a site called www.imageshack.us or www.photobucket.com I prefer imageshack myself. If you use imageshack once you upload yourfile to there click on "My Images" And copy the Embedded File for Forums and paste it here.

Thank you for the help. Took me a while to get what you meant about "My Images"... I can be a little slow sometimes sweatdrop . Well, here's a picture of me and my boyfriend (The only picture I have with me smiling)
