I'm not so sure about that. The X-Men have less people, but they are much more powerful than the Titans.

X-Men win.Teen Titans losed easy as that.

X-Men don't have enough of a power advantage to justify a near 3:1 ratio in the Titans advantage. I'd throw in at least Colossus, Shadow Cat, and Rogue. Maybe a few others as well.

X-men get CURBSTOMPED. Wally West could solo that roster of X-men by himself.
Starfire hangs out with Wonder Woman in terms of physical strength and fighting ability.
Raven can stand up to Prof X's telepathy and Jean's TK at the same time.
Kyle Rayner, Bart, and Cyborg are Icing on the cake.
In order to make a fair roster against that team of titans you need more than Iceman, Prof X, Jean, Storm, Cycolps, and Magneto.
Starfire, Raven, Wally, Kyle, Cyborg, ect. is just overkill.
