what happens when skill drain is active on the feild and Jinzo is summoned..

what happends when there is a card stopping you from filling out your monster feild and cyber jar is flipped?

This is the ruling for "Skill Drain":

"Jinzo" cannot negate Trap Cards while "Skill Drain" is already active, because "Skill Drain" is negating "Jinzo"'s effect. But if "Jinzo" is already on the field, you cannot activate "Skill Drain" because "Jinzo"'s effect prevents you from doing so.

What do you mean by the second question?

as in a card like OJAMA KING or GROUND COLLAPSE is out?
Then you flip Cyber Jar?

Well first off, Cyber Jar is BANNED

second, Cyber Jar clears the whole monster field, so you should be free to summon...
unless a s/t forbids the limitation, then you stop at the last one you're able to and put the "picked-up" card in your deck and shuffle it. 3nodding

actualy, if a monster cannot be special summoned because of limitations such as "Ground Colapse"(select 2 monster card spaces that are not ocupied. they cannot be used) the monsters that would be summoned are destroyed. that's what i read some where. so inother words, if you get 5 monsters that could be summoned, play the ones you want and toss the other 2.
