Major would keep her distance and blast the hell out of the t-800. She's fast enough to keep at it, doesn't get tired, and is a lot more intelligent than the t-800. and let's face it, if humans can beat him, an android with a human-like brain can too.

Yeah, it goes to the hot purple haired Special Ops chick. She has the T-8000 beat in firepower, speed and agility and I'm pretty sure she has it beat in strength. Also add in her stealth technology and she could probably just hack the Terminator. Remember, they were created to kill normal humans.
