Batman vs Captain America vs Shang Shi
Batman: Normal Well-Trained Human, is well versed in hand to hand combat, has his unique style.
Captain America: Olympic Fitness Level, well versed in hand to hand, developed his own acrobatic fighting style.
Shang Shi: Well Trained martial artist, knowledge of various (if not all) styles of combat.
All three have no special powers at their disposal, no bat-belt, no shield.

I kinda forgot.
My vote goes to Cap. He can probably stand on his feet for longer due to the effects of the Super Soldier serum in his body, that allow his muscle fatigue to take longer to settle in.
Also he's the more experienced fighter.
