Kurodou Akabane, otherwise known as Doctor Jackal, is one of the most feared names in the Transporter business. He has inhuman speed and prefers to wield scalpels in battle, keeping a vast amount of them hidden within his own body. Anything that mixes with his blood apparently becomes his weapon. This is demonstrated when Kagami tore into Akabane's body with his Demon Diamond Dust; Akabane, apparently unharmed, used the dust now flowing through his veins to form a scalpel of diamond. He also has two advanced techniques, Bloody Hurricane and Bloody Sword. Bloody Hurricane allows him to summon forth many scalpels, glowing blood red, to fly through the area and tear things apart. Bloody Sword is a more concentrated technique, where he uses his own blood to form a red sword to use in combat. He is a sadistic man who fights for pleasure, not profit, greatly enjoying the thrill of a challenge and a satisfying kill.

Slayer is a vampire, an old and powerful one. Much like Alucard, he seems unaffected by sunlight and many other vampiric weaknesses. His inhuman speed and strength are incredible assets, to the point where wielding a weapon in battle is unnecessary. He also has the ability to teleport short distances. His fighting strategy seems to rely on long combinations of attacks, giving the opponent little time to create a proper counter-offensive. It can be assumed he has many other abilities exhibitted in vampiric lore.
