Laquitia gets:
- Rights to one breeding! Roniel has to give her permission for this breeding to occur but will not receive a basket from this breeding. This breeding should not count against Roniel in raffles!
- Signature rights

Should Laquitia gain full ownership of a soq prior to getting her breeding with Bari, this co-ownership will dissolve.

Roniel retains all other rights over Bari, including the right to break off this co-ownership at any time... though she doubts this would have to happen. ^^

Laquitia got full ownership of a soq... so this be dissolved!

--Major Decisions--
--All major decisions, for example, Life-mating, death, and injuries in plots, will be discussed by both owners.

--Breedings--
--1st Breeding Rights belong to tefla.
--2nd Breeding Rights belong to GrnGriff.
---For 1st and 2nd breedings, the owner with rights has final say over the mare involved, however, mares will be run by the other co-owner.
---Because not having rights means not having rights, any third baskets will of course be discussed with the mare's owner, and will not go to Fantome's co-owner.
--3rd Breeding will be discussed at such time as it applies.

--Other--
--At any time, 1 co-owner may give up their right to co-own, with agreement from the other. No new co-owners may be brought in.
--If either owner disappears from Gaia/internet/is otherwise not able to be contacted, for 9 months, full ownership shall fall to the remaining owner (so that decisions can be made about the boy).

Co-ownership agreement has no stipulations other than those listed, and is indefinite, unless one owner so chooses to relinquish their rights.

Should there be a case in which there is never a third basket in a breeding, Marinity will make the decision to co-own her basket with Rhea, or give it up to her entirely. :]

- Sabin & Kiara Lime has equal full IC roleplaying rights
- Both owners have the right to enter Kimera into RP contests (though, obviously, only one at any given time)

Breeding
- Each owner gets one "full control" breeding. They have the choice of breeding partner (unless Kimera is lifemated, see below), and do not require the other owner's permission (However, they must at least attempt to contact the other owner to let them know their plans/intentions). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations.
- One breeding will be worked out between Sabin and Kiara. By default, this breeding will be shared with both Sabin and Kiara, both with basket rights and counting towards them. However, one may "give" breeding rights to the other owner if they so choose.
- Lifemating decisions must be agreed upon by both owners.

Life-Altering / Major Decisions
-neither Kiara nor Sabin can transfer their portion of the ownership of Kimera to anyone without permission from the other owner, but may give up rights TO the other owner.
- If one owner gives up rights to the other, then the remaining owner may then choose a new co-owner.
- Both owners must agree to make major IC decisions (skinwalkering, lifemating, etc)

Co-ownership agreement for Gaspard:

Derivative may break the co-ownership at any time, for any reason, if she chooses. Call Me Stephanie's consent is not required in the event that Derivative feels it is necessary to break the co-ownership.

The co-ownership between Derivative and Call Me Stephanie is being dissolved at this time. CMS has recently become very busy RL and is not able to RP him due to circumstances, and so we agreed to break off the co-own. Thank you!
