This co-ownership shall go on between Tebiki and Perky Persosom.

Perky's rights.

- Full Sig Rights
- Full RP Rights
- Breeding's are to be discussed between the two, depending on the activity of Perky. Since she will not be on gaia that often.
- Has rights to break the co-ownership if she comes back full time.

Biki Rights.

- Full Sig Rights
- Full RP Rights
- In charge of finding Terentia a mate, if her current one continues to be so inactive.
- Has the right to break the life mating if she sees fit, after talking to Perky.
- Breeding's are to be discussed between the two, depending on the activity of Perky. Since she will not be on gaia that often.
- Is able to claim full ownership if Perky is not heard from in a year.

*Tebiki and Perky know each other in RL, so they can talk outside of Gaia all the time so if any problems come up, we can sort it out, thank you*

In the order of Co-Ownership of Chantesuta between Mindsend (primary owner) and Wolfen Akari (Secondary Owner)

Mindsend is primary owner of Chantesuta, and receives full IC RP, Teepee, and Display rights to the Soquili, as well as the ability to terminate the agreement should something occur that prevents Wolfen from being in correspondence with Mindsend for around three months without notice, or in the event she quits Gaia.

Wolfen Akari has Signature, Teepee, and OOC RP rights to Chantesuta, and may enter her into RP contests as long as Mindsend is not planning on entering him into that contest in particular.

In the event that Wolfen wishes to break the agreement of co-ownership, Chantesuta goes to primary owner, Mindsend. She does not have the power to transfer her ownership to anyone else.


Mindsend gets full rights to the First breeding and thus it should not count to Wolfen's breeding limits for the month
Wolfen gets full rights to the second breeding, and thus it should not count against Mindsend's breeding limits for the month. If Chantesuta is not Lifemated, She may select the mate for him in this breeding, and does not need to obtain permission from Mindsend to enter the couple into breeding raffles.
And both have rights to the third breeding.

Mindsend is Primary owner of this Basket and the resulting Soquili within, and receives naming, teepee placement, and Display rights, as well as the ability to terminate the agreement should something occur that prevents Dragain from being in correspondence with Mindsend for around three months without notice, or in the event she quits Gaia.

Dragain has display rights, plot page rights, and may enter the basket into RP contests as long as mindsend isn't entering with the basket.

Both have full IC and OOC Roleplay rights, and must discuss and develop the offspring’s personality together and attempt to keep Rping styles similar. Should Dragain be in an Rp with the offspring, she is required to post in the proper format in Mindsend's Teepee for reference.

Life altering events such as lifemating, major plots, and skinwalking must be agreed upon in privatee by both owners.

In the event that Dragain wishes to break the agreement of co-ownership, the basket and resulting offspring within goes to the primary owner, Mindsend. Dragain does not have the power to transfer her ownership to anyone else.

Mindsend gets two breedings that do not count towards Dragain's breeding limits for the month. As long as Dragain is not entering the adult offspring resulting in the basket in that same month: Dragain gets first priority.

Dragain gets one breeding, which can be used at any time after the basket reaches adulthood. This breeding should not affect Mindsend's breeding limit for the month.

Co-own Reminder!

Hey folks, just putting out a general reminder about breeding permissions for co-owned pets.

Ownership of third baskets from a pet's breeding should not be built into a co-own agreement because technically, the third basket from a breeding is equally owned by the owners of BOTH parents from the breeding and both owners have equal say in how that basket is homed. Building ownership of the third basket into an agreement is effectively trying to box out the owner of the other parent of the breeding, which is not fair to that owner.

In a nutshell, any term in a co-ownership agreement that stipulates that the "Basket 1 goes to Mare co-owner A, Basket 2 goes to Stallion owner, and Basket 3 goes to Mare co-owner B" are not binding if that Soquili breeds and produces three baskets. The co-owners would have to determine with the owner of the other parent what will happen to the third basket and the other owner is NOT obligated or required to give it to the second co-owner.

Both owners get Equal rights to RP, Tepee, display, breeding, etc. They must discuss it before hand if one wants to enter her into any sort of event, and both must agree to all life altering events (Skinwalkering, Lifemating, etc)

In the event that either one wishes to break the agreement of co-ownership, the one resigning must post it in this thread for it to be agreed upon by the one keeping her.


Mindsend gets one breeding that should not affect Luna's breeding limit for the month, and does not need to obtain permission from Luna to enter the couple into breeding raffles. If she is not lifemated, Mindsend is free to choose her mate.

Co-ownership between Roniel and [ Laquitia ] for Parnasabari.

Laquitia gets:
- Rights to one breeding! Roniel has to give her permission for this breeding to occur but will not receive a basket from this breeding. This breeding should not count against Roniel in raffles!
- Signature rights

Should Laquitia gain full ownership of a soq prior to getting her breeding with Bari, this co-ownership will dissolve.

Roniel retains all other rights over Bari, including the right to break off this co-ownership at any time... though she doubts this would have to happen. ^^

Laquitia got full ownership of a soq... so this be dissolved!
