Gosh, I haven't posted anything new in such a long time. So I figured I should.

So, I drew my boyfriend a little piece of fanart for his birthday. The style isn't, persay, anime so I figured it'd be safe to post in here. xD

I'm really happy with how it turned out. After I drew that face I was like... e___e; *drool*

The CGing isn't half-bad either, considering it took less than an hour.

So yeah. Crits? Or something? biggrin

I wouldn't call that non-anime, although the AFG is safe for anime if said anime is sufficiently skilled.

Shirt looks weird, sort of like a wavy pile. I think that if the picture extended further and you were able to see his hands it wouldn't be a problem, but he sort of descends into formlessness.

Yeah, I have to agree with you on that. I got so wrapped up with the face/hair that I got kinda lazy on the cloak. The pictures I used for a reference didn't really have much detail so it was hard to tell what was what, so I just made it a blob. x3 It would look better as a fullbody, I'm sure.
